The 2012 Sunset Park CSA Season Has Officially Begun! This year, the season will run from June 14, 2012 to November 8, 2012. Please note that our distribution day has changed from Wednesday to Thursday.
Are you ready to sign-up for the 2012 season? We have you covered! We now have an online sign-up form that can be completed in 3 easy steps:
1. Click here to go to our online registration form.
2. Fill out all the requested information and select your vegetable, fruit, and egg shares. Please be sure to write down the total cost of your share before you hit the “Submit” button, or print each page of the Membership form. You will not be able to print the completed form after it is submitted.
3. Mail your check to: Sunset Park CSA, 980 Fourth Avenue, Box 143, Brooklyn, NY 11232
Final payments must be received in full by May 15th, 2012.
We will send you an email when we have received your payment or deposit, confirming your registration. If you have chosen a payment plan, we will let you know the amount of your remaining balance.
